last wednesday night, someone else’s apartment

this isn’t part of the green essay, it’s just something weird I wrote last week while stuck at a friend’s apartment during the big storm.

And what would it even mean, to have lived through these days? At 7pm up in Melanie and Angus’s neighborhood, the bells from the church played “God Bless America” in ringin…
