I have loved reading your beautiful writing and will miss Griefbacon but, as someone who quit their job last December and still doesn't know what the heck I'm doing next, I completely understand the need for a semi-permanent break. I've never commented but since this may be the last chance for awhile I wanted to let you know that this newsletter inspired a trip to see Past Lives at a local independent movie theater, which then led to my friends and I starting a Richard Linklater movie club and watching the Before trilogy together over a series of weekends this summer. It was maybe one of my favorite things I did all year. So thank you for that and all the stunning essays that left me in awe and connected me with others. I will think of you whenever I encounter a conversation pit in the wild.
