I wonder if the reason everything feels so free when we’re younger is that we don’t own anything, or barely anything. There’s very little to tie us down and we define ourselves by our likes and dislikes, not our car or the brand of coffee we use etc etc… if you think about the rendezvous’ you have when you’re younger, I guess it’s always at someone else’s house or even outside, in a random park or something. It’s weightless. Really liked this piece - it made me think!
