OMG I loved this re: "For All Mankind" -- It's like one big ol' alternate space soap opera, and you just gotta find out what's going to happen to Tracy and Gordo...LOVED Gordo's whole story line and his performance...completely appreciated all the references to "dad" and "Mad Men" wannabe... They certainly don't have a JOAN but I love Poole and Shantal Vansantan -- OMG she's delicious! - Such understated sen/sex-uality in her scenes with the kid she used to take care of next store who theoretically became an air force stud-muffin only he's terribly miscast. Just starting Season 3 .
Lupin on Netflix. The first two 5-6 episode seasons are available, and the third season is due soon. A just cause, a charismatic performance by Omar Sy and great old-fashioned disguises and tricks elevate this thriller above the rest. In French with English subtitles.
Brunch IS bullshit. Why can’t my friends and I go out at 1 PM without being limited to Eggs Benedict, crab cakes and cetera? Lovers of lunch unite! You have nothing to lose but your Bloody Marys!
